Essex Music Provision

Essex Music Services offer 1-to-1 instrumental lessons at Boreham Primary School by a team of high quality tutors.  Learning a musical instrument can have many positive effects on a child's social, personal and educational development as well as giving them a great sense of enjoyment and achievement.

You might also wish to be aware of tuition discounts (66% reduction in fees for low income families), and free lessons available for Looked after Children/Children in Care.  To have this discount applied to your invoice, you must apply on the website using the link above.

Lesson costs from September 2023 to August 2024 are:

15 minutes lesson x 10 weeks = £85.50 per term

15 minutes lesson x 10 weeks with tuition discount = £29.07

15 minutes lesson x 10 weeks for LAC or previous LAC = free

Once you have registered your interest your child will be placed on the school's waiting list.  As soon as Essex Music Services match up your child with the most appropriate tutor at the school an invoice will be emailed to you to pay Essex Music Services direct.  

If you wish to cancel your child's lessons, notice must be provided to Essex Music Services via email to MusicHub@essex.gov.uk or by using the 'discontinue' feature within SpeedAdmin by at least half term to finish at the end of that term.
